A digital tool that calculates the number of students that are proficient on an assessment.

Risk Reduction Tools:

Enrollment confirmation tool – Built for the AmeriCorps Partnerships Team to confirm accurate enrollment of corps members. This tool is meant to reduce compliance risk, strengthen commission relationships, and prevent financial loss.

Enrollment Roster Verification tool – Created to verify that corps members who opt into AmeriCorps appear on the enrollment tracker. Reduced risk of incomplete background checks and accidental non-enrollment, supporting both compliance and member experience.
​
Both tools were designed to support team members who do not have the technical skills to complete this process independently.

Practicum Readiness Report
Dashboard enabling regional and national teams to monitor which incoming corps members are practicum-ready. Provides practicum-facing staff with real-time updates to streamline preparation and ensure smooth onboarding.

Mid-South CM Completion Tracker

Hub-specific dashboard designed for corps members to self-monitor progress toward AmeriCorps enrollment. Served as the prototype for the organization-wide Incoming Corps Member Good Standing Tracker used with the entire 2025 incoming corps. Improved corps member communications and expanded MDLD, MDMG, and M,Ops capacity by reducing time spent on individual outreach.

In-Service Good Standing Tracker

A hub-specific tool that allows regions to track a member's standing throughout the course of the program year. Ensuring clarity and alignment for both program members and regions. This tool lifts the burden of tracking off of regional staff and connects to a Looker report that is visible to members to track their own standing throughout the program year.
